Hello Suga Lumps,

Spring is just around the corner and I am officially in panic mode. I am no where near bikini ready. I’m just not ready for this. I do this to myself every single year, when the beginning of winter arrives I make an unrealistic fitness goal and I never ever ever ever…ever reach it. Why? Because I’m possibly the laziest person in the world when it comes to working out and all I do is eat whatever I want. I do something called a prolonged squat, I’m actually really good at this and it’s my favourite workout. You should try it out, basically you position yourself in front of the couch, squat down and sit, then when you feel the need for Nutella, you stand up and walk to the kitchen. I’m living the YOLO life, why should I eat bland boring food when there is so much goodness out there. Sadly the YOLO life has caught up to me and I’m going to have to get my ass into gear. I have to start doing something. To be quite frank, I will never be a fitness freak, I will probably never have a 2 pack or 4 pack or 6 pack, I will never commit to a gym contract because I’ll just be throwing money away. However, I do need to do some form of exercise. I have purchased a whole bunch of home workout DVDs, so now all I need is the self motivation to actually do them. I’ll probably get a lot more active once our puppy arrives. On that note, we finally got to meet her this weekend. She is the cutest little thing and I can’t wait to be a mommy. THREE MORE WEEKS! EEEKKKKK!

The weather this weekend was nice and warm, so I took advantage and whipped out this cute Amelia lace up shirt dress from Forever New. I paired it with stockings and my favorite Forever New booties. I felt like such a girl, all playful and cute.

Tomorrow is the start of a new week and I am really planning on eating healthier and doing some form of exercise other than a prolonged squat. How summer ready are you?
