The Best Balayage Technique

Hello Lovely,

I am LOVING the warm weather. Hello Summer… I love you! I always feel with a change of season calls for a slight change of hair color. Weather that’s going darker or lighter. I obviously prefer to go lighter for the summer season. I get asked often about my hair. What I do to keep it in a good condition and so on. As some of you will know I am not a natural blonde and to maintain this look takes a lot of work.

I decided I wanted to go blonde about 4 years ago. And so the slow process started. I refused to do a sudden change as I knew I would damage my hair completely. It look me a good 2 years to get to the blonde colour that I am at and I think that’s one of the biggest reasons it’s not damaged. I also do at home treatments to insure my hair stays healthy as well as use the right products to maintain the blonde. I use the Schwarzkopf Color Freeze Silver Shampoo and the Schwarzkopf BlondeMe Bonding Conditioner – All Blondes, to maintain my colour and then (although I’ve been slacking) I treat my hair to a mask twice a week. Coconut Oil has always been my number one treatment but because I am such a product slut I am forever purchasing new hair masks that have come out.

As I get a lot of questions I decided it would be best to take you a long with me to the hair salon. I have put together a YouTube video to introduce you to the lady behind my hair. I honestly feel like she is absolutely brilliant at what she does, and she has my hairs best interest at heart. Her name is Thelma and she works at the Muse in Bedfordview. If you interested in some hair tips and her technique then check out my Youtube video.

Thanks so much for watching and remember to subscribe 🙂
